For products subject to federal, state, or local age restrictions, including ammunition, you represent that you satisfy all applicable legal age requirements and may lawfully purchase, possess, and receive such products.

2. Compliance with Laws

Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that any products purchased from Pattern Pros may be lawfully purchased, possessed, transported, and used under all applicable federal, state, provincial, and local laws.

Pattern Pros reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order that we believe may violate applicable law or these Terms.

3. Orders

Submission of an order does not constitute acceptance by Pattern Pros.

We reserve the right to:

Refuse any order;
Limit quantities;
Cancel orders for pricing errors or inventory issues;
Verify customer information prior to shipment;
Request additional documentation where required by law.

If an order is canceled after payment has been received, a refund will be issued using the original payment method.

All shipments are governed by our Shipping & Return Policy.

Shipping estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, weather events, regulatory requirements, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Title and risk of loss pass to the customer upon delivery of the shipment to the carrier, unless otherwise required by law.

7. Ammunition Sales

Ammunition sales are subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws.

Customers are responsible for verifying that ammunition may legally be shipped to their jurisdiction before placing an order.

Pattern Pros reserves the right to require age verification or additional documentation before fulfilling any order.

We reserve the right to refuse any sale at our sole discretion where permitted by law.

8. Product Information

We strive to accurately display product specifications, photographs, descriptions, and colors.

However, actual products may vary slightly due to manufacturing tolerances, photography, monitor settings, or supplier changes.

Such variations do not constitute defects.

9. Intellectual Property

The parties consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

Failure by Pattern Pros to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other provision.

21. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Shipping & Return Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Pattern Pros LLC regarding your use of our Services and supersede all prior agreements relating to the same subject matter.

22. Changes to These Terms

Pattern Pros LLC may update these Terms at any time. Revised Terms become effective upon posting to our website. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
