Shipping & Ammunition Policy

Order Processing

Most orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days. During periods of high order volume, processing may take up to 7–10 business days. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Orders received before 2:00 PM CST are typically processed the same business day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM CST will be processed on the following business day.

Ammunition Shipping

• Ammunition is shipped via ground carrier only in accordance with applicable hazardous materials regulations.
• We do not ship ammunition through the United States Postal Service (USPS).
• A physical street address is required. Ammunition cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes.
• An adult signature may be required upon delivery.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order that cannot be legally shipped.

Shipping Restrictions

Pattern Pros complies with all applicable federal, state, and local laws governing the sale and shipment of ammunition.

Certain states and local jurisdictions require additional documentation, shipment through a licensed dealer, or prohibit direct shipment altogether. Customers are responsible for ensuring they may legally purchase and possess ammunition in their jurisdiction before placing an order.

Orders requiring additional documentation or dealer transfers may experience longer processing times.

State Requirements

The following jurisdictions have additional requirements and/or restrictions. This list is subject to change as laws are updated.

California

• Ammunition must be shipped in accordance with current California law, including shipment to a licensed ammunition vendor or dealer when required.

Connecticut

• Customers must provide all documentation required by Connecticut law before shipment.

Illinois

• A valid FOID (Firearm Owner's Identification) card is required prior to shipment.

Massachusetts

• Customers must provide a valid License to Carry (LTC) or Firearms Identification Card (FID), as required by Massachusetts law.

New Jersey

• Customers must provide a valid Firearms Purchaser Identification Card (FPIC) or other documentation required by state law.

New York

• Ammunition shipments must comply with current New York law, including shipment through a licensed dealer when required.

Rhode Island

• Customers must meet all current state licensing and identification requirements before ammunition may be shipped.

Washington, D.C.

• Ammunition shipments are not available.

Additional restrictions may apply in other states or local jurisdictions. Pattern Pros reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order that does not comply with applicable law.

Alaska, Hawaii & U.S. Territories

Shipping ammunition to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and other U.S. territories may be limited or unavailable due to carrier and hazardous materials regulations. Please contact us before placing an order.

Canada

Canadian customers should contact us before ordering. Ammunition shipments to Canada are subject to Canadian import regulations and may require shipment through an authorized importer or distributor.

Age Requirements

Federal law requires purchasers to meet the following minimum age requirements:

• 18 years of age or older to purchase rifle or shotgun ammunition.
• 21 years of age or older to purchase handgun ammunition.

Pattern Pros reserves the right to request age verification before processing any order.

Returns

For safety and legal reasons, all ammunition sales are final. Ammunition cannot be returned or exchanged unless the product was shipped in error or arrives damaged.

If you believe your order qualifies for a return or replacement, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery.

Non-Ammunition Returns

Unused merchandise may be returned within 30 days of delivery in its original condition.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for returns valued over $75. Pattern Pros is not responsible for returned items lost in transit.
