Returns
For safety and legal reasons, all ammunition sales are final. Ammunition cannot be returned or exchanged unless the product was shipped in error or arrives damaged.
If you believe your order qualifies for a return or replacement, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery.
Non-Ammunition Returns
Unused merchandise may be returned within 30 days of delivery in its original condition.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for returns valued over $75. Pattern Pros is not responsible for returned items lost in transit.
