For safety and legal reasons, all ammunition sales are final. Ammunition cannot be returned or exchanged unless the product was shipped in error or arrives damaged.

If you believe your order qualifies for a return or replacement, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery.

Non-Ammunition Returns

Unused merchandise may be returned within 30 days of delivery in its original condition.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for returns valued over $75. Pattern Pros is not responsible for returned items lost in transit.

 

Choke Tube Rental Terms and Conditions

Pattern Pros LLC Rental Pack Agreement

These Terms and Conditions form a binding agreement between Pattern Pros LLC ("Pattern Pros," "Company," "we," or "us") and the customer, renter, participant, purchaser, or user who accepts the rental pack ("Customer" or "you"). They govern shipment, inspection, testing, return, purchase, payment authorization, risk allocation, and liability for manufacturer-branded shotgun choke tubes rented through Pattern Pros. By signing this document, clicking an online acceptance box, submitting an order, or using any choke tube from the rental pack, you agree to these Terms.

These Terms are intended to protect Pattern Pros and the Protected Parties described below to the fullest extent allowed by law. If any term is limited by law, the term must be enforced to the maximum lawful extent and the remaining Terms remain in effect.

1 How the rental pack works

·    Pattern Pros sends a rental pack containing three manufacturer-branded shotgun choke tubes. The pack may contain brand-new tubes, used tubes, or a combination of both.

·    You must inspect each tube before use, verify the exact manufacturer, gauge, thread pattern, firearm model, barrel compatibility, constriction, and ammunition limits, and follow the manufacturer requirements and recommendations before any installation or test firing.

·    You may test the tubes only in a lawful, compatible shotgun and only for lawful sporting, hunting, range, or patterning purposes.

·    Within the return deadline, you must return every tube you do not purchase. Any tube you keep, fail to return, lose, misplace, damage, transfer, or make unavailable may be charged under these Terms.

·    If you return all tubes on time and in acceptable condition, you pay only the agreed rental, shipping, tax, and other disclosed charges. If you keep one tube on time and return the rest, you pay the price of the retained tube plus the agreed rental, shipping, tax, and other disclosed charges.

2 Customer order and accepted prices

The completed order, invoice, checkout record, pack inventory, and any written extension approval are part of these Terms. Order-specific values control over general examples or website text for that order.

Current Pattern Pros choke tube prices

The individual choke tube prices below are current Pattern Pros prices as of September 2026. Prices are based on market and industry standard product costs and are subject to change for future orders. For a completed order, the price shown in the accepted order applies unless a written correction is issued before shipment and accepted by the Customer.

 

3 Return deadline extension and nonreturn charges

Return deadline. The rental pack must be physically received by Pattern Pros within 30 calendar days of the outbound carrier shipment date. The date you create a label, print a label, or tender a package to a carrier does not by itself satisfy the deadline unless Pattern Pros receives the return within the deadline or approves an extension in writing prior to return date.

Extension request. Before the original deadline expires, you may request an extension by emailing a verifiable return tracking number, your order number, and your name to Support@patternprosusa.com. Pattern Pros may approve, deny, or condition the request in its sole discretion. If approved in writing, Pattern Pros may extend the return period up to 30 additional calendar days. No extension is automatic.

Nonreturn charge. If the rental pack is not returned by the applicable deadline, Pattern Pros may charge the full pack price shown in the accepted order plus a one-time 0.10% (.10%) nonreturn charge, applicable tax, and any other amounts expressly authorized by these Terms. The 0.10% charge means one tenth of one percent of the full pack price. Pattern Pros will credit any tubes that were timely returned and accepted, and will credit amounts already paid for tubes you kept.

Late return after charge. If a tube is returned after Pattern Pros has charged for nonreturn, Pattern Pros may decide whether to accept the late return and whether to issue any refund or credit, subject to applicable law and any written exception issued by Pattern Pros.

4 Payment authorization and preauthorization

You authorize Pattern Pros LLC and its payment processor to store your payment credentials as allowed by processor and card network rules and to place, release, renew, replace, or adjust payment preauthorizations as reasonably needed for the rental pack, including before shipment, during the rental period, during an approved extension, and while final return inspection or accounting is pending.

Pattern Pros may charge your payment method for the rental fee, shipping, taxes, retained tube price, nonreturn charges, damage charges, missing accessories, collection costs allowed by law, and other amounts expressly disclosed in the accepted order or these Terms. Pattern Pros will not intentionally collect more than the amount you owe for the rental pack, and duplicate recoveries must be credited.

A preauthorization hold is not a final charge. Your bank or card issuer controls how long a hold remains visible and when released funds become available. If a hold expires or processor rules require a new authorization, you authorize Pattern Pros to obtain a new preauthorization up to the maximum preauthorization amount shown in the accepted order or otherwise expressly accepted by you.

5 Customer eligibility lawful use and prohibited conduct

·    You represent that you are at least 18 years old, have capacity to enter this agreement, and may lawfully possess and use the shotgun, ammunition, and related equipment used to test the rental pack.

·    You must comply with all federal, state, and local laws, range rules, hunting rules, transportation rules, and safety requirements that apply to your possession, transportation, storage, installation, testing, return, or purchase of any choke tube.

·    You may not use, test, transfer, lend, resell, modify, damage, misuse, or store any choke tube in a way that is unlawful, reckless, unsafe, inconsistent with manufacturer instructions, or inconsistent with these Terms.

·    Intentional self-harm, harm to another person, criminal use, reckless handling, negligent entrustment, unsafe storage, use while impaired, and use by an unauthorized person are strictly prohibited. You are responsible for all consequences of those acts to the fullest extent allowed by law.

·    Pattern Pros may cancel or refuse a rental order, require immediate return, deny an extension, or charge authorized amounts if Pattern Pros reasonably believes the order, possession, use, or return creates a legal, safety, payment, fraud, or loss risk.

6 Manufacturer instructions fit verification and safe installation

You are solely responsible for confirming that each choke tube is the correct manufacturer, gauge, thread pattern, constriction, length, and model for the exact shotgun and barrel in which it will be used. You must use the current manufacturer thread reference guide and the firearm manufacturer manual before installing or test firing any tube. A tube that appears to screw in does not mean it is safe, correct, or compatible.

You must follow all manufacturer requirements, warnings, recommendations, ammunition limits, shot material restrictions, shot size restrictions, velocity or load limits, torque or seating instructions, cleaning instructions, and inspection instructions. This includes any restrictions on steel shot, tungsten, buckshot, slugs, magnum loads, or specialty ammunition.

Do not force, cross-thread, alter, machine, repair, refinish, polish, re-mark, bend, cut, or otherwise modify any tube. Do not use a tube with the wrong thread pattern, wrong gauge, visible damage, obstruction, loose fit, excessive tightness, unclear markings, or any sign of unsafe condition. If you are uncertain about fit or safety, stop and consult the choke tube manufacturer, firearm manufacturer, or a qualified gunsmith before use.

7 Inspection right to reject and defect procedure

You have the right to reject any choke tube that you reasonably believe is defective, damaged, unsafe, incorrectly identified, incompatible with your firearm, or not the tube you ordered. You must inspect every tube before use and again before each installation. Inspection must include the threads, skirt, muzzle end, body, markings, finish, ports, interior bore, and any included accessories.

To reject a tube, stop using the tube immediately, keep it secure, take clear photos if possible, and email Pattern Pros with your name, order number, tube identification, description of the issue, and photos. Do not test fire a tube merely to prove a suspected defect. Pattern Pros may inspect the tube and may choose a replacement, refund, corrected order, return instructions, or other lawful remedy.

A timely good-faith defect report pauses the return deadline for the affected tube while Pattern Pros provides written instructions. The deadline resumes or is reset as stated in Pattern Pros written response. This pause does not allow you to keep any tube without payment or written approval. Continued use after discovering or suspecting a defect is a breach of these Terms and may make you responsible for resulting loss or injury.

8 Handling care storage and return condition

·    Keep the firearm unloaded and pointed in a safe direction before installing, removing, cleaning, or inspecting any choke tube.

·    Use proper eye and ear protection and follow all range, hunting, and firearm safety rules during testing.

·    Clean and maintain the tubes according to manufacturer instructions, including thread care and appropriate lubrication when required by the manufacturer.

·    Store the rental pack securely and prevent access by minors, prohibited persons, unauthorized persons, impaired persons, or anyone who has not accepted these Terms.

·    Return tubes in secure packaging with any case, wrench, paperwork, packaging, labels, or accessories supplied by Pattern Pros unless Pattern Pros instructs otherwise.

·    Do not return firearms, ammunition, spent shells, hazardous materials, or unrelated property in the same package. You remain responsible for the package until Pattern Pros receives it, except where applicable law or carrier rules provide otherwise.

If a tube is lost, stolen, misplaced, damaged, seized, destroyed, or otherwise unavailable for return, you must notify Pattern Pros promptly. Pattern Pros may charge documented repair or replacement costs, up to the applicable tube price or full pack price when the loss affects the full rental pack, with credit for amounts already paid and without duplicate recovery.

9 Assumption of risk

Choke tubes are firearm component parts used with shotguns and ammunition. Firearms, ammunition, choke tubes, and pattern testing involve known and unknown risks, including misfire, obstruction, barrel damage, choke failure, ricochet, excessive pressure, hearing injury, eye injury, bodily injury, death, property damage, and injury to bystanders. These risks may arise from improper fit, improper ammunition, incorrect installation, lack of maintenance, unsafe handling, manufacturing defects, range conditions, other shooters, or Customer conduct.

You voluntarily assume all risks arising from your possession, selection, inspection, installation, testing, use, misuse, storage, transportation, return, retention, or transfer of any rental pack item, except to the extent a risk cannot lawfully be assumed or waived.

10 Release waiver and limitation of liability

Protected Parties. The "Protected Parties" are Pattern Pros LLC and its current and former owners, members, managers, officers, directors, employees, staff, agents, representatives, contractors, suppliers, vendors, affiliates, successors, assigns, insurers, and any person or entity involved in administering, fulfilling, shipping, inspecting, processing, or supporting the rental pack program.

Release. To the fullest extent allowed by law, you release and waive claims against the Protected Parties for injury, death, property damage, firearm damage, lost profits, loss of hunting or range opportunity, emotional distress, incidental loss, consequential loss, and other damages arising from or related to your possession, selection, inspection, installation, testing, use, misuse, storage, transportation, return, retention, or transfer of any rental pack item. This release includes claims based on ordinary negligence by a Protected Party, including alleged negligent selection, inspection, shipping, instructions, warnings, website information, or customer support.

Limits on release. This release does not waive claims that cannot be waived under applicable law, and it does not release a Protected Party from that party's own gross negligence, reckless conduct, willful misconduct, intentional misconduct, or liability that cannot lawfully be limited. If a court finds any part of this release too broad, it must be narrowed and enforced to the maximum lawful extent.

No guarantee. Pattern Pros does not guarantee fit, pattern performance, point of impact, hunting success, competition results, or compatibility with any particular shotgun, barrel, ammunition, shooter, or use unless expressly stated in the accepted order. Pattern Pros is not the manufacturer of manufacturer-branded tubes and does not replace the manufacturer's own instructions, warnings, or warranty terms.

Economic loss cap. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Pattern Pros total liability for purely economic loss related to a rental pack is limited to the amount you paid or owe for that rental pack. This cap does not limit liability for death, bodily injury, physical property damage, gross negligence, reckless conduct, intentional misconduct, or any claim that cannot lawfully be capped.

11 Customer indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, reimburse, and hold harmless the Protected Parties from and against claims, demands, lawsuits, losses, liabilities, judgments, settlements, fines, penalties, costs, expenses, attorney fees, and collection costs arising from or related to any of the following:

·    your breach of these Terms or any representation in the accepted order;

·    your misuse, unsafe handling, unlawful use, improper installation, improper fit verification, improper ammunition selection, improper storage, improper transportation, late return, nonreturn, loss, theft, misplacement, damage, alteration, or transfer of any rental pack item;

·    injury, death, or property damage caused by you, your firearm, your ammunition, your range conditions, your hunting conditions, a person you allow to access the rental pack, or any third party who obtains access through you;

·    intentional, reckless, criminal, fraudulent, or self-harm conduct by you or anyone who gains access through you;

·    claims by family members, guests, invitees, bystanders, range operators, landowners, carriers, or other third parties connected to your possession or use of the rental pack.

This indemnity does not require you to indemnify a Protected Party for that Protected Party's own gross negligence, reckless conduct, willful misconduct, intentional misconduct, or nonwaivable liability to the extent applicable law prohibits indemnity for that conduct. Pattern Pros may select reasonable counsel and control the defense of an indemnified claim, and you must cooperate with the defense.

12 Warranties manufacturer rights and PLCAA defenses

Manufacturer warranties, if any, belong to the manufacturer and are governed by the manufacturer's warranty terms. Rental or testing use may affect manufacturer warranty rights. Pattern Pros does not make manufacturer warranties and does not authorize you to ignore manufacturer instructions. Any product information supplied by Pattern Pros is general order and fit information only and is not a gunsmith inspection, safety certification, or final compatibility determination.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Pattern Pros disclaims implied warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, except for express promises in the accepted order and any rights that cannot lawfully be disclaimed. Nothing in these Terms eliminates your right to reject a defective, damaged, incorrect, or incompatible tube as provided above or any nonwaivable consumer or product rights.

Pattern Pros reserves all protections, immunities, limitations, defenses, and exceptions available under the Protection of Lawful Commerce in Arms Act, 15 U.S.C. 7901 et seq., and any other applicable federal, state, or local law. You agree not to bring, support, assign, or encourage any claim against Pattern Pros or any Protected Party that is barred by PLCAA or by these Terms. Unlawful misuse, criminal use, intentional harm, negligent entrustment by Customer, or use outside manufacturer instructions is outside the intended and authorized use of the rental pack.

13 Disputes governing law and general terms

Governing law and venue. These Terms are governed by South Carolina law, without regard to conflict of law rules, unless another state's law must apply as a matter of nonwaivable law. Any lawsuit by or against Pattern Pros related to these Terms must be filed in the state or federal courts serving the county where Pattern Pros maintains its principal office, unless applicable law requires a different venue.

No assignment. You may not assign, transfer, lend, pledge, resell, or delegate the rental pack or your rights or obligations under these Terms without written approval from Pattern Pros.

Entire agreement. These Terms, the accepted order, the inventory record, written extension approvals, and written return instructions are the entire agreement for the rental pack. Website text and customer service messages supplement these Terms only if they are consistent with them or expressly approved in writing by Pattern Pros.

No waiver. Pattern Pros may enforce these Terms even if it previously allowed an exception, delay, credit, late return, replacement, or refund. One exception does not create a future waiver.

Severability and survival. If any term is invalid or unenforceable, it must be limited to the minimum extent necessary and the rest of the Terms remain effective. Payment obligations, return obligations, release, indemnity, liability limits, warranty terms, dispute terms, and legal compliance obligations survive return, purchase, cancellation, chargeback, refund, expiration, and account closure.

Electronic acceptance. Electronic acceptance, typed name, digital signature, checkbox assent, checkout submission, or use of the rental pack has the same effect as a handwritten signature to the fullest extent allowed by law.

14 Customer acknowledgment and acceptance

By signing below or accepting electronically, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms; that you had the opportunity to ask questions and consult counsel; that you accept the 30-day return deadline measured from the outbound shipment date; that you understand an extension requires written approval from Pattern Pros; that you authorize payment preauthorizations and charges as stated above; that you assume the risks described above; and that you agree to the release, waiver, liability limits, and indemnity provisions to the fullest extent allowed by law.

Pattern Pros reserves the right to modify this policy at any time to comply with changes in federal, state, provincial, or local laws and regulations.
