Shipping Policy

Order Processing:

• Most orders ship within 24 hours. However, some orders may take up to 7-10 business days from order submission for processing. Please plan accordingly.
• All ammunition orders are shipped via ground parcel service only.
• We do not ship ammunition through US mail.

Shipping Restrictions:

• Ammunition can only be shipped to the contiguous 48 states.
• A physical street address is required for delivery. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.
• We do not offer international shipping.

Age Requirement:

• Federal law requires that you must be at least 18 years old to purchase rifles, shotguns, shotgun ammunition, or rifle ammunition.
• You must be 21 years old or older to purchase all other guns and ammunition.

State-Specific Shipping Policies:

Pattern Pros is closely monitoring the legal proceeding in all states to identify any changes or updates. However, it is the responsibility of the buyer to be familiar with and legally authorized to purchase ammunition in respect to their local and federal regulations.

    • No Drop Ship Ammo
    • FOID Required for ammo purchases

    • No sale in Chicago
  • Cook County
    • No sales of Ammo or Projectiles
  • Connecticut:
    • You must provide a driver’s license, passport, or government-issued ID along with one of the following: pistol permit, eligibility certificate for pistol, long gun eligibility certificate, or ammunition certification. You must be 21 years old to purchase.
    • FOID required for ammo purchases
    • No dropship Ammo.
  • Massachusetts:
    • You must provide an LTC permit (License to Carry) to purchase ammunition.
  • New Jersey:
    • No Drop Ship ammo
    • FOID Required for ammo purchases
  • New York:
    • These restrictions apply to the entire state of New York.
      • No Drop ship Ammo
      • Ammo shipments must be sent to a FFL.
    • NYC, Manhattan, Bronx, Brooklyn, Queens & Staten Island
      • No Sales of Ammo or Projectiles
  • Washington D.C.:
    • Shipping is not available.
  • Alaska:
    • Shipping is not available.
  • California:
    • These restrictions apply to the entire state of California.
      • No Drop-Ship Ammo
      • No Handguns will be shipped
      • Ammo Shipments must be sent to an FFL
    • No Sales of Ammo or Projectiles to the following jurisdictions:
      • Los Angeles
      • Oakland
      • Sacramento
      • San Francisco
      • Avalon
  • Hawaii:
    • Shipping is not available.
  • Puerto Rico:
    • Shipping is not available.
  • Rhode Island:
    • License required for purchase of ammunition; resident must be 21 years or older and possess a valid pistol or revolver safety certificate issued by the Department of Environmental Management.

RETURNS

Returns and Exchanges:

• You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
• If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
• The time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on your location.

Additional Information:

• Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
• Orders received by 2:00 PM CST are processed on the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM CST will be processed on the following business day.
• If you are shipping an item over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee the receipt of your returned item.
